We take great pride in providing our customers with the finest furniture at the most competitive prices and free shipping sitewide. Prior to the delivery process, all our furniture undergoes thorough inspections to ensure it is in excellent condition. If you choose to pick up the product, we strongly recommend carefully examining it before accepting it.

 

Shipping Range

Currently, FAJIANI's delivery service only covers the 48 contiguous states of the USA and does not include overseas territories and Alaska. We are continuously evaluating and expanding our logistics network to meet more customer needs, but at present, we do not offer shipping services to these areas. We understand this may cause inconvenience to customers in non-service areas and are actively seeking viable solutions. In the meantime, we suggest customers consider shipping products to friends or family addresses in the contiguous USA, who can then forward them to your area. We appreciate your understanding and support, and look forward to providing you with comprehensive service in the future. Production & Shipping Timeline
Please note that all of our products are custom-made and shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China. Once your order is confirmed, it will go through the following stages:

Production Time: 4-6 weeks

Shipping Time: 6-8 weeks

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 10–14 weeks from the order date

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and carrier delays beyond our control. We will provide tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via trusted international freight partners. Once the shipment arrives in the United States, final delivery will be handled by a local carrier.

Shipping Costs: Free
Shipping Costs Description: The product price already includes the shipping fee. The shipping fee varies according to the delivery distance, but the product price remains unchanged.

 

How Do I Check The Logistics Infornation

Failed and Refused Deliveries 

If delivery fails due to incorrect delivery address or contact phone number provided by the customer, leading to the courier's inability to deliver, and the parcel is returned, we will cancel the order, deduct the courier fee, and refund the remaining funds of the order. If the failed delivery is due to the courier's fault and not due to incorrect or missing information provided by the customer, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount of the order. Please ensure to track your order using the tracking information we provide. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly. For LTL freight, you need to coordinate with the freight company to schedule delivery.


Curbside or Front Door Delivery

We provide curbside or front door delivery services, which do not include indoor delivery or assembly. FAJIANI is not responsible for lost orders due to theft or misplacement.


Damage and Loss

Please inspect your package upon receipt. If you find any damage, confirm it with the carrier before accepting. Accepting the package means assuming responsibility. In case of damage, FAJIANI may provide assistance at its discretion. If the carrier loses your order, please contact us at info@fajiani.net with your order number, tracking number, and proof of loss.
